Deaf-Blindness


The National Technical Assistance Consortium for Children and Young Adults Who Are Deaf-Blind

A federally funded project that provides technical assistance to families and agencies serving children and young adults who are deaf-blind (ages birth to 28 years). NTAC combines the resources, expertise, and experience of two major organizations: Teaching Research and The Helen Keller National Center.

DB-LINK: The National Information Clearinghouse On Children Who Are Deaf-Blind
